Grape variety: 100% nascetta

Vineyard: located in monforte d'Alba in the San Giovanni sub-area at 300m asl with north-west exposure

Training system: gujot counter-espalier

TASTING NOTES

Golden yellow to the eye. Fragrances reminiscent of pineapple and exotic fruits arrive on the nose. Tasting is evident the tannin resulting from maceration and a strong acidity. At the table, it should be tried with shellfish or medium-aged cheeses.
